To install it you need to import 'repo.key' into APT and add repository definition into /etc/apt/sources.list.d/hrw-repo.list (free to rename):
deb https://debian.juszkiewicz.com.pl/apt/ stable main
Then simple 'apt update;apt install python3-system-calls' is enough.
